Note: Product categories are shared across locations.



To create a new product category, Navigate the the navigation bar and select Inventory then Product Categories.

In the upper left hand portion of the screen click Add.

You will be prompted with a pop-up to configure the new product category.



Name – Name of the category.

ID – This will be automatically assigned after creation.

Description – Description of the category (optional)

Active – If checked then it will be active in the system. If unchecked it will be deactivated (deleted) in the system

Product Category Type

                Group JumpThis is an admission type category. This type would count against your area's capacity. Adds                                                 products to the group workflow

                Event Packages – Adds products to the book an event workflow. This does not generate a ticket.

                Redeemable – Used for vouchers and membership. 

                Prepped Item – Items with this will show up on the pizza and add on report only

                Jump Time – This is an admission type category. This type would count against your area's capacity and                                                    generate a ticket.

                Membership Fee – shows up when you are assigning products to fees on memberships

                Unselected – This will not generate a ticket. Generally used for retail items and concession items

 Sort – This is where it will show up in the list of categories. A larger number means further to the bottom of the list of product categories.


When you are finish with the configuration, click on the Save button to save your new category.
