Creating a POS Display Section

Click Settings > POS Display Sections to open the list of currently configured POS Display Sections. To add a new section, Click “Add” near the top of the page, then enter information in each of the fields below:

  • Enter a name for the new section in the Name field
  • Select a display color via the Color field 
  • Enter a value in the Sort field if you wish to order your sections in a specific way on the Make a Sale Page
  • Make sure the Active checkbox is enabled (you can uncheck this to disable a section while maintaining its record for future use)
  • Assign the section to one or more Locations via the Location dropdown menu. Note: If you choose more than one location, you will only be able to edit the section’s details when logged into the location at which it was created.
  • Enter an optional description, if you would like
