1. Log into Active8.

                a. Note: This feature is available to all employees to quickly and efficiently manage ticket sales.

       2. Upon viewing the Home page, you will see the new various actions available in the All Sales widget.

            Note: If the default screen isn't the Home screen, then you'll have to select Home from the top of the Navigation                 menu.

                a. Check-In - Allows the user to Check-in any purchased tickets.

                b. View Tickets - Allows the user to view all tickets in the cart, including any pending/voided ones, and                                 assign or void any current ones.

                c. Account - Allows the user to view the customer account that purchased the tickets.

                d. View Cart - Allows the user to view the cart that is tied to the respective customer. This allows you to easily upsell and charge as your customers check-in.

                e. View History - Allows the user to view the transaction history on any purchases/refunds made on the                                 respective cart of the customer.

                 f. Add-Ons - Allows the user to view any additional items outside of the original tickets purchased in the                                 cart.

        3. You'll also notice there are three different tabs available.

                a. Tickets - Display all standard tickets purchased through Jumptime

                        Note: The Tickets tab is selected by default

                b. Groups - Displays all groups that were reserved.

                c. Parties - Displays all parties/events that were reserved.       

        4. Selecting either the Groups tab, or the Parties tab will result in additional selections.

                a. Check-In - Identical to before, allows the user to Check-in any purchased tickets.

                b. View Tickets - Identical to before, allows the user to view all tickets in the cart, including any                                             pending/voided ones, and assign or void any current ones.

                c. Open - This opens the reservations page to allow the user to see additional information.

        5. In the case a refund or payment failed, two new options will replace the Check-In and View Tickets selection.

                a. Make a Payment - This prompts the customer to pay before being able to check-in, view, or assign any                             tickets.

                b. Void Tickets - This prompts the user to void all tickets associated to the cart, thus removing them.
